Smiling Black Maggie or Margret for the Cross, Dublin, Ireland 1997

I was working on assignment in Ireland having left to live in Holland 13 years earlier and walking down the main street O'Connell Street I came across this lady and living in Holland you don't see this. I asked her if I could take her photo and she was ok with that but the background I was not happy with so I saw Easons bookstore and she kindly walked and smiled for the shot.
When she left I asked a few people around me who she was and one man in a very flat Dublin accent and voice raised said "That Ould ones name is "BLACK MAGGIE" and the newspaper seller next to Eason's said she was Margret for the Cross thus the title.......Black Maggie or Margret for the Cross,
